Welcome to our new Network Information System

This system is designed to keep our customers informed of our network status and any major network or server issues.

Some examples are:

Outages: When a server or entire network is down causing no services to be available.
Hardware Upgrades: May or may not impact services for a limited time. Generally are scheduled.
Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be posted if it may effect any services.
New Services Added: Will be announced as well as old services that are depreciated or discontinued.

Alerts will specify that it is a Server, Entire Network or Other issue. They will include info on affected services, customers and ETA to repair if one is known. More info may or may not be available through your hosting provider or by contacting support.
